Our Sholtz property is perfectly situated in the vibrant Universitas suburban area. It's a 9-minute walk away from the UFS Medical gate and 7 minutes away from Spar Universitas and a pharmacy. The Sholtz rooms are fully furnished with a working kitchenette unit, a study desk and an ensuite bathroom. Our students will have a quiet environment to study while being in a vibrant student-filled area to socialize in. The best way to live as a student.

Our 2 bed sharing rooms are similar to our deluxe rooms in content. These rooms are large enough for two people consisting of a kitchen unit and an ensuite bathroom.

Our rooms are fully furnished private rooms with a kitchen unit and an ensuite bathroom. These rooms are smaller than our private luxury rooms. The Luxury room is larger than the Deluxe room.
