• Before you apply for a room, please check if the room is fully booked or not.

• Make sure that all of the required documents are attached and converted to pdf documents.

• The documents that need to be attached are:

1. A certified ID copy (student)

2. Proof of residence 

3. Proof of confirmation letter from NSFAS

4. A certified ID copy (parent/guardian)

5. Proof of Registration from the university

6. 3 Months Bank Statement

• Please make sure that you have entered all the correct information while applying and that the information reflects what is on all of the required documents.

• NB! DO NOT pay the deposit before receiving confirmation that you have been accepted to live at SixOnSergeant!
